Service sucks, takes a hour and a half to get delivery. Never get exactly what u want. Never order or eat here, get some people that will actually understand what u are asking for. And stuff comes under cooked. Pathetic. Learn how to run a business.
Having been very happy with the service and food in the past, I can see why recent reviews have been so poor! Ordered carry out pizza. While I waited, I watched the staff yeast a series of customers very rudely.
I was apprehensive about going here after reading the most recent reviews. We had a party of 7 and were there before noon. While we were the only ones there during this time our service was really outstanding.
Food is good service on take out SUCKS
To sum up, good food. Bring a book.
The pie was really done (we were 10 minutes past when they said it would be done) and it still took 10 minutes - for anyone to notice people standing at the counter, to ask what was up, ... the first person was a waitress and they pretty much kept about their business. Eventually someone else asked us what we were waiting for and a short while later we were on our way. Third time there for carryout. Not sure if we'll try that again.
Rosati's - the experience is mixed for me and my wife. On the one hand, the pizza we got there a few weeks ago was good. Better than ordinary, but it was twice as expensive and the service, just for carryout, mind you, was exceedingly slow.
When my order came they wanted to charge me nearly double the price posted on the wall as the special. I questioned this and was told that price did not apply to carry out orders. I should have just left them with the pizza but we were hungry so I relented. Got home and the pizza wad poor at best, nothing like in the past. It is amazing how quickly a place can fall apart. Never again..
