Used to come here all the time but seems like my experience just kept getting worse. The employees are always changing. Never the same people as the last visit. Can't get simple orders right. My boyfriend ordered a grilled cheese and he got 2 cold pieces of toast with a slice of cold cheese in the middle. The hash browns are almost always cold and stuck together. When you pick the hash browns apart some are still partially frozen. A simple coffee order turns into rocket science and waiting for 15 plus minutes. Never going there again.
I was looking forward to a latte and flatbread. What I got was not a vanilla latte and bitter. The flatbread was not what I was expecting but ok. I added some donut holes, they were stale, I should have skipped them
Customer service was horrible, many many people was very upset. Having to wait 20 min for their sandwiches, they just kept taking more an more customers with coffee orders an not finishing others orders, I had to wait for 23 min for 4 wake an warps Bacon. The girls was rude never smiled nor said thank you , there was no commutation between the girls, we ordered a long john also when we got going it was just a plain donut , no filling , they only had 7 kninds of donuts to chose from so I could only get a 1/2 dozen it was horrible experience not naming all the problems that took place with just me , not including the problems others had. Bad traveling stop.
The sandwich was really terrible. Not that they made it wrong, but the bread was tasted stale, bacon was chewy and everything was missing flavor. I have had the sausage croissant sandwich before, but decided to try this today, as it had slightly fewer calories. Turns out, it has markedly less taste too. I'd visit the store again, they were apologetic for forgetting to make the sandwich, but would not order this sandwich again.
Stopped here as an alternative to the McDonald's breakfast we typically get on the road. They have a drive through, but we went in. Donuts looked amazing as always, and my daughter confirmed they were tasty. I ordered the Big and Tasty something or other. It's two eggs with bacon, cheese on Texas toast. These people hustle in here, and mind you, it gets darn busy in the morning. With all the hubbub, they apparently forgot to make my sandwich. I asked after a few minutes, and they started in on it.
Person working in the store (short, dark hair, young woman) was just sitting in a stool and seemed upset we even bothered to stop there. It was 4 pm on a Sunday--not even middle of the night. Sorry we were bothering you
Horrible customer service. Last two times I've stopped here they've had no donuts, no one making Ng and ice cream machine was broken. At that point, what is the point of even being open?
